Well, is 2012 going to be the year that you break free from the job? What's holding you back? If you really want to change your life, remember, only you can do it! It's entirely down to you to do something about it. Yes, do your research, but then take action on your research - other wise you have just wasted your time. And once you have chosen your system, keep at it! Don't give up after a couple of weeks - this is a life change, don't forget!
